Casing Savers
- Hydraulic piston inserts mandrel through tree into wellhead bore
- Seals within the production casing’s ID
- Install/remove in an average of 45 minutes
- Can be installed/removed under pressure, keeping the well energized
Casing savers enable quick and safe rig up for acidizing or restimulation programs on lagging production wells. The casing saver protects wellheads from damage caused by the erosive and corrosive fluids used in re-fracs and restimulation. Additionally, they can isolate wellheads that are under-rated, allowing higher pressure re-stimulation without risking damage.
