Well Construction
KLX 5.5” X 7” Liner Hanger Setting Tool
KLX 5.5” X 7” Liner Hanger Setting Tool is designed to maintain high torque during drill-down operations and features a hydraulic release mechanism for easy disengagement from the liner top packer.
KLX 5.5” X 7” Liner Hanger Packer Combo
KLX 5.5” X 7” Liner Hanger Packer Combo tool combines the benefits of a traditional liner top packer and hanger system in a single package designed for 7” casing and 5.5” liners, providing a high-integrity seal and allowing the use of standard artificial lift equipment through its 4.545” ID.
KLX Cementing Bypass Sub
KLX Cementing Bypass Sub system provides a positive pressure indication when wiper plugs land at the toe of the wellbore, sealing and latching in place, and allows for bypass flow after shearing, enabling wet shoe operations and the use of tools in long horizontal wells.
KLX Inline Ball Seat Sub
KLX Inline Ball Seat Sub is a blanking collar used in liner applications to temporarily or permanently block the flow path at the sleeve’s toe, allowing for casing pressure testing or hydraulic actuation of downhole equipment while maintaining isolation until needed.
KLX IPA Toe Sleeve
KLX IPA Toe Sleeve, used in unconventional open hole completions, shifts an internal sleeve at adjustable shear pressures using atmospheric and surface pressure. The toe sleeve creates a flow path for fluid pumping and eliminating the need for additional perforation runs, thereby saving time and costs.
KLX Landing Collar TSS
The KLX landing collar is installed above the float equipment near the bottom of the casing string. The landing collar has a ball seat and a profile for landing and locking in wiper plugs.
