Our Quality Management System (QMS) is designed based on API Specifications – a combination of API Specification Q1 for providing products and API Specification Q2 for conducting services on location. All KLX locations, personnel and product lines utilize this QMS as this is how we conduct our business. Our facilities undergo routine audits to assure of internal compliance to our QMS. Each of KLX’s vendors are specially reviewed or assessed before being listed on our Approved Vendor List (AVL) for the category of product/service they provide. Inspection and testing are conducted on all vendor furnished parts and equipment and on KLX product returned from service orders with the customer.

We prioritize transparency and accuracy by providing our customers with detailed daily reports throughout the operations. Upon completion, a comprehensive final report is delivered, ensuring our customers are fully informed every step of the way.
